Returns/Exchanges are super easy at!

We accept returns & exchanges for all products in our store except for the bodysuits category (for hygiene reasons) and mystery combos. 

NOTE: This return policy is valid for non-wholesale orders. No returns/exchanges for WHOLESALE orders unless we make an error on our end. If we do, please notify us within 1 week of delivery date and we will correct the mistake at our expense.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date as indicated by tracking in brand new, unworn condition with hang tags & package inserts intact/included in the shipment. If returns are not received in this condition, they will be refused/returned to sender.

EXCHANGES: If you are exchanging an item for the same design in a different size/color/etc, we will just need to be reimbursed for the reshipment of the new item regardless of whether or not the item was purchased during a promotion.

RETURNS: If you are returning merchandise (not exchanging), we will issue store credit which never expires for the amount you paid for the merchandise
. No store credit will be issued for shipping unless we made an error on our end. 

Did we make an error?  
Email us within 1 week of delivery of your package and we will promptly resolve the problem at our expense. 

How To Return Your Merchandise:
You will receive a packing slip listing the contents of your package upon delivery.
Simply place that slip with the merchandise to be returned/exchanged in an envelope and return it to us through USPS.

We recommend tracking in case your package goes missing. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Don't forget to write a note on your packing slip that lists whether you want a return for store credit or an exchange. If you want an exchange, list the size/quantity/style/color/etc of the item/s/ you would like sent to you. You may need to pay the difference or shipping if the merchandise value of your return does not cover the costs of the exchanged merchandise plus shipping. We will contact/invoice you if a balance is due within 3 days of receipt of your return. Once your return arrives, we will email you to confirm receipt/processing.
